More than 10 times fails may cause loosing referrals. More than 15 times fails may cause account suspend. More than 20 times fails may cause account deletion.
Do you mean in some period ( 1 day, 1 month, or accumulated as long as we are members), their should be a limit ?
About password, come on, i use different password for different site. Or you want us to use the same password for all site. I will not use same password to join any site with my paypal, what do you thing ?
